How is tier eligibility calculated?
Your loyalty tier is determined by your spending within a 30-day cycle, which starts on the date you register or from the date your tier changes. Every 30 days, your spend is calculated, and you will automatically be moved to or retained in the correct tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
How is my tier discount applied?
For Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, your discount is applied sitewide. Once you log into your account, all product prices automatically update to show your personalized savings.
Can I upgrade before my 30-day cycle ends?
Yes. If your spending qualifies you for a higher tier at any point, you will be instantly upgraded, and a brand-new 30-day cycle begins from that exact date. Downgrades only occur at the end of a 30-day cycle if spending doesn't meet the tier threshold.
Which orders count toward my 30-day spend total?
Only orders that are in or have passed the 'in production' status within your 30-day period count toward your tier eligibility.
How do I track my progress?
Your dashboard tracks your spending trends compared to your previous 30 days using three real-time statuses:
Spending is increasing. You will retain your tier (or potentially upgrade) and unlock double cashback credits.
Spending is steady, meaning you are likely to retain your current tier.
Spending has slowed down, putting you at risk of a tier downgrade at the end of your cycle.
How do I earn cashback credits?
Cashback credits are rewarded on every purchase and added to your account as soon as the order is dispatched. However, you will not earn new cashback on any order where you are redeeming existing cashback credits. Pending cashback from orders awaiting dispatch cannot be used until they are shipped.
How does the double cashback offer work?
Double cashback credits will be awarded for your next 30-day period if your account status is "growing" over your current 30-day period. You can easily check your current growth status at any time in the My Account section of the website.
How do I redeem my cashback, and are there limits?
You can use your credits immediately to pay for up to 75% of a total order value. For example, if your order is £100, you can redeem up to 75 credits, leaving just £25 to pay. Any leftover credits stay in your account for future orders.
Do my cashback credits expire?
Yes. You have 45 days to redeem your cashback credits before they expire. Please note that credits can only be used against WTTB orders and hold no monetary cash value.
How do I get a dedicated Account Manager?
A dedicated Account Manager is an exclusive benefit reserved for our Platinum Tier members. Once you unlock Platinum, you will gain instant, direct access to a personal prepress and print specialist for on-hand support and advice whenever you need it.
What are Print Perk Points and how do I use them?
All tiers include free Print Perk Points (worth £2.50 each) that can be redeemed against any order. They are perfect for covering Expert Artwork Technical Checks, a comprehensive 41-point inspection by a prepress technician covering overprint, bleed, safe zones, scaling, alignment, text, and print finishing.
Do Print Perk Points expire?
Yes. Print Perk Points expire 30 days from issue if not redeemed. However, you will continue to receive your fresh allowance at the start of your next period as long as your tier status is maintained.
