What is the cutoff for same-day dispatch?
To qualify for same-day dispatch, place your order and upload print-ready artwork by 1 pm. Orders placed after 1 pm and before 6 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
If I order on a Friday, will I get it on Saturday?
Same-day and next-day dispatch apply to working days only. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched for delivery starting Monday onwards, based on the option you choose.
What happens if my artwork isn't set up correctly?
If your artwork doesn’t meet our requirements, it will cause delays to your order. To ensure the fastest turnaround, please follow our guidelines when uploading.
Is there a limit on how much I can order with same and next-day turnaround?
Larger quantities may take longer to produce. As you configure your order, the system will update based on availability and let you know if same or next-day dispatch is possible.
I need my order by a specific time. What are my options?
Absolutely. Choose one of our timed delivery upgrades at checkout and we'll make sure your print arrives right when you need it.
