Available in standard exhibition booth sizes, ranging from 923x2340mm to 930x2400mm, or fully custom dimensions, our exhibition signage is crafted from robust 3mm foamex or 330gsm greyback PVC. These materials offer a high-quality, professional finish that enhances your visuals, making them stand out with vibrant colour and clarity.
For added convenience and flexibility, our folding display boards can be equipped with self adhesive velcro, allowing for easy installation and repositioning. Design guidelines
To make artwork setup simple, we recommend downloading the relevant template from the 'Product Templates' section above. Don’t forget to follow the template instructions and delete the 'guide' layer before exporting your design to a PDF.
For best printing results, ensure your artwork and images are CMYK. If you use RGB, Pantone or spot colours in any element of your artwork, we will automatically convert them to CMYK which may change your colour profile.
To eliminate any font issues, make sure all fonts are ‘embedded’ or ‘converted to outlines’ before creating your PDF print file. To ensure legibility, we recommend using a minimum font size of 10pt.
For optimal image print quality, ensure all images are 300dpi to 450dpi. Anything lower than 300dpi will give poor image quality. Images higher than 450dpi will result in high file sizes and may cause longer upload times.
To avoid alignment issues during cutting, be sure to include ‘crop marks’ (offset 10mm) and ‘document bleed’ when exporting your artwork file to PDF. Refer to our product templates for the required bleed specifications.
To meet our print requirements, ensure your file is exported in Adobe PDF (Print) format, ideally as PDF/X-1a: 2001.

We provide free Canva templates for many of our products to make artwork setup quick and print-ready. If this product shows a Canva symbol above, click it to open the correct template in Canva. Each template includes the right size, bleed and safe zones. After designing and downloading, return here to order your product.
If you do not see a Canva option here, you can still browse our full collection of Canva-compatible templates to find products that work.
A new tab will open with the template preloaded for you. Be sure to remove the template guides before exporting your final file.
Set your design to CMYK for the most accurate print results. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, and colours may change slightly.
Use fonts available in Canva at 10pt or larger. Keep all text within the safe area to ensure legibility after trimming.
Upload high resolution images (300 DPI or higher). Lower resolution files may look blurry or pixelated when printed.

Exhibition shell scheme graphics are the removable, printed panels used to cover the walls of a shell scheme stand at trade shows or exhibitions. They fit into a modular metal framework and are customised with graphics, logos, and branding to enhance the stand's appearance.
PVC graphics are shipped rolled to simplify transportation and handling. Foamex panels are provided cut in half for easier transport, however, if you need full-length panels, please contact our bespoke services for a tailored solution.
To install your exhibition stand graphics, align the Foamex panels or PVC vinyl on the structure and make adjustments as needed. Apply the velcro strips, with the hook side to the shell scheme and the loop side to the back of the panels, pressing firmly to ensure a secure bond. Attach the panels, ensuring they are aligned and smooth. Finally, check that all panels are securely fastened and make any final adjustments for a professional finish.
Yes, we offer adhesive hook and loop velcro to help with the installation of shell scheme graphics. Velcro ensures a secure fit and allows for easy removal without damaging the shell scheme.

The turnaround time for exhibition panel printing depends on your chosen product specification and finishing options. For faster delivery, we offer express production upgrades at an additional cost. To ensure your order is delivered on time, it is important we receive your artwork by the cut-off time indicated on both the product page and basket.
Please note: If your file is submitted after the cut-off time or if corrected artwork isn't provided before the next cut-off time following rejection, it will delay delivery by one working day.

Most orders are sent in boxes. For larger quantities, we may secure your order on a pallet (kerbside delivery). If your location doesn’t have tail-lift access, please contact us after placing your order so we can help arrange the best delivery option. Be sure to have your order number to hand.
