Top tip
Plan your content around each panel so your message flows logically from start to finish. Keep key information on the front and outer panels, maintain consistent spacing and fold a mock version before printing to ensure images and text align perfectly along every crease.

Design guidelines
To make artwork setup simple, we recommend downloading the relevant template from the 'Product Templates' section above. Don’t forget to follow the template instructions and delete the 'guide' layer before exporting your design to a PDF.
For best printing results, ensure your artwork and images are CMYK. If you use RGB, Pantone or spot colours in any element of your artwork, we will automatically convert them to CMYK which may change your colour profile.
To eliminate any font issues, make sure all fonts are ‘embedded’ or ‘converted to outlines’ before creating your PDF print file. To ensure legibility, we recommend using a minimum font size of 10pt.
For optimal image print quality, ensure all images are 300dpi to 450dpi. Anything lower than 300dpi will give poor image quality. Images higher than 450dpi will result in high file sizes and may cause longer upload times.
To avoid alignment issues during cutting, be sure to include ‘crop marks’ (offset 10mm) and ‘document bleed’ when exporting your artwork file to PDF. Refer to our product templates for the required bleed specifications.
To meet our print requirements, ensure your file is exported in Adobe PDF (Print) format, ideally as PDF/X-1a: 2001.

How to print with Canva
We provide free Canva templates for many of our products to make artwork setup quick and print-ready. If this product shows a Canva symbol above, click it to open the correct template in Canva. Each template includes the right size, bleed and safe zones. After designing and downloading, return here to order your product.
If you do not see a Canva option here, you can still browse our full collection of Canva-compatible templates to find products that work.
A new tab will open with the template preloaded for you. Be sure to remove the template guides before exporting your final file.
Set your design to CMYK for the most accurate print results. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, and colours may change slightly.
Use fonts available in Canva at 10pt or larger. Keep all text within the safe area to ensure legibility after trimming.
Upload high resolution images (300 DPI or higher). Lower resolution files may look blurry or pixelated when printed.
Extend backgrounds or images into the bleed area to avoid white edges. Keep important text and logos inside the safe zone.
Export from Canva as PDF Print and select 'Crop Marks and Bleed' before downloading. After your artwork is finalised and downloaded, be sure to upload it when placing your order with WTTB.

The way you fold a leaflet depends on the desired format. There are numerous folding techniques, from simple single folds to more complex multi-panel options. For detailed instructions and visual guides, check out our folding types help centre article.
Half Fold: A simple fold where the paper is folded once in the middle, resulting in two equal-sized panels.
Roll Fold: A fold where the paper is rolled inward in a spiral pattern, with each section tucking into the previous one.
Concertina Fold: A fold where the paper is pleated in a series of alternating folds, creating an accordion effect.
Gate Fold: A fold where two end panels are folded inward to meet at the center, resembling doors that open outward.
To indicate a custom fold, add a 2mm dotted magenta line to show the folding position. This line should not appear within the printable artwork area. Instead, place it outside the trim box, making sure the line is clearly distinguishable and doesn't interfere with any design elements.
Recycled: This paper is made from 100% reclaimed FSC® certified fibre and features a natural matt finish.
Leaflets are generally exempt from VAT. However, VAT may apply if the leaflet is designed to be written on, such as a voucher or form, or if it's used for promotional purposes like offering discounted admission to an event.
The turnaround time for stick on photo tiles depends on your chosen product specification and finishing options. For faster delivery, we offer express production upgrades at an additional cost. To ensure your order is delivered on time, it is important we receive your artwork by the cut-off time indicated on both the product page and basket.
Please note: If your file is submitted after the cut-off time or if corrected artwork isn't provided before the next cut-off time following rejection, it will delay delivery by one working day.
We offer free standard delivery, with optional upgrades available for expedited service, including pre-10:30 AM and pre-12:00 PM for an additional cost.

Uploading artwork for double sided roller banners is easy. After placing your order, click the upload button on the confirmation page. You can also upload your artwork through the Orders tab of "My Account."
Most orders are sent in boxes. For larger quantities, we may secure your order on a pallet (kerbside delivery). If your location doesn’t have tail-lift access, please contact us to discuss alternative delivery arrangement.
