Design guidelines
To make artwork setup simple, we recommend downloading the relevant template from the 'Product Templates' section above. Don’t forget to follow the template instructions and delete the 'guide' layer before exporting your design to a PDF.
For best printing results, ensure your artwork and images are CMYK. If you use RGB, Pantone or spot colours in any element of your artwork, we will automatically convert them to CMYK which may change your colour profile.
To eliminate any font issues, make sure all fonts are ‘embedded’ or ‘converted to outlines’ before creating your PDF print file. To ensure legibility, we recommend using a minimum font size of 10pt.
For optimal image print quality, ensure all images are 300dpi to 450dpi. Anything lower than 300dpi will give poor image quality. Images higher than 450dpi will result in high file sizes and may cause longer upload times.
To avoid alignment issues during cutting, be sure to include ‘crop marks’ (offset 10mm) and ‘document bleed’ when exporting your artwork file to PDF. Refer to our product templates for the required bleed specifications.
To meet our print requirements, ensure your file is exported in Adobe PDF (Print) format, ideally as PDF/X-1a: 2001.

Hardware Frame: A lightweight 3x3 anodised aluminium frame, available as an option, provides the structure for your printed canopy, full walls, and half walls. This gives you the flexibility to order graphics with or without the frame, making it easy to update or replace printed elements without purchasing a completely new system.
Canopy: Adds your branding to the roof of the gazebo, giving you maximum visibility from a distance. Available in black, white or with a printed graphic.
Full Wall: Covers an entire side panel from the canopy down to the ground, giving you the largest area for branding while also adding extra cover and shelter.
Half Wall: Covers the lower half of a side, creating a more open look while still giving you useful branded display space. A mount bar is included for secure and easy installation.
You can choose a single option or combine multiple elements to create the setup that best suits your event.
Yes. You can mix and match canopy printing with full walls and half walls depending on how much branding or coverage you need. Many customers choose a printed canopy with one or two printed walls.

If you need a premium, professional setup, the standard option is ideal.
The gazebo features a tool free pop up aluminium frame that can be opened and folded down in just a few minutes. To set it up, place the frame on a flat surface and open it slightly so the structure begins to take shape. Before expanding it further, place the canopy over the top of the frame and secure it in position. Once the canopy is fitted, continue expanding the frame until it is fully open and locked into place.
If you have opted for side walls, these can then be attached using the hook and loop fastenings. If you have chosen a half wall, the mount bar will need to be attached first before fitting the half wall panel.
For extra grounding, tent weights can also be slid onto the base of each leg if purchased. These are especially useful on harder surfaces where pegs cannot be used or where additional stability is needed.
Absolutely. The lightweight aluminium frame is durable and stable, with adjustable height and ground-fixing pegs for added security in typical outdoor conditions.
