Last order dates vary by product and production requirements. To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, always check the individual product page for the recommended order by date and upload print ready artwork before placing your order.

We continue shipping orders up to Christmas Eve, so you can still place orders throughout the festive period. However, parcel networks are much busier in the run up to Christmas and higher volumes can sometimes result in delays outside of our control.

DPD does not deliver on Christmas Day or UK bank holidays, which can also affect when your parcel arrives. If you need your order before Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible to allow plenty of time for production, dispatch and delivery.

Yes, orders can be placed at any time over the Christmas period. Our website will display an estimated delivery date based on current production schedules and available shipping services. Take note of any modified timeframes shown during the festive period.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking information in your dispatch email or through your WTTB account. Please bear in mind that parcel networks are busier over Christmas, so tracking updates and delivery times may occasionally be affected.

Our offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day in line with our published seasonal opening hours. All confirmed reopening dates are shown at the top of this page.

If you need to speak to us over the Christmas period, our Customer Service team will be available on selected working days in line with our Christmas opening hours. During busy periods, response times may be longer than usual.

Our normal opening hours resume from 9am on Monday 4th January 2027. From then, our usual production and customer service hours will be back in place.
