How do I fulfill orders from Etsy, eBay, or my own website using WTTB?
Fulfilling your shop orders is a seamless, straightforward process. Once a customer purchases a print, greeting card, or gift item from your shop, you simply review their order details, jump onto WTTB, and select the matching product. Upload your design file, enter your customer’s delivery address at checkout, and hit submit. Our production facility then handles the printing and ships it straight to their door.
What is white-label shipping and how does it work for my shop?
White-label shipping is a delivery method where we print, pack, and ship products directly to your customers, but your branding remains front and centre. When you place an order on WTTB and enter your customer's shipping address, our production team dispatches the item in plain, unbranded packaging. No WTTB logos, marketing materials, invoices, or pricing details are ever included. To your customers, it looks exactly like the package came directly from your own workshop or studio, allowing you to run a seamless e-commerce business without storing any inventory.
Can I add my own branded inserts or packaging slips to orders?
Because we operate a fully automated, white-label shipping service, we are unable to manually add custom inserts or packaging slips to individual orders at our production facilities. Everything is shipped in completely plain packaging so your customers think it came straight from you.
If you want to create a fully customised, hand-packed unboxing experience with your own branded touches, we recommend having the order shipped directly to yourself first. That way, you can add your custom Thank You Cards, Stickers, or packaging slips before sending it on to your customer.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for printing products?
No, there are no strict minimum order quantities on the vast majority of our product range. You can print as little as a single copy of a poster, canvas, mug, or notebook. This print-on-demand flexibility allows you to test new product designs on your online storefront risk-free before investing in bulk inventory.
What file format should I use to upload my artwork to WTTB?
For the highest commercial print quality, we recommend uploading your designs as press-ready PDF files. Ensure your artwork is set to CMYK colour mode (not RGB) and has a resolution of 300 DPI to avoid blurry or pixelated prints. Our support guides outline these settings step-by-step.
How do I use the WTTB Canva templates for my products?
Designing products is easy with our Canva templates. Simply select the product template you need (such as a greeting card or poster print), and it will open directly in Canva with the exact dimensions, bleed zones, and safety margins already pre-sized. Once your artwork is ready, export it as a high-quality "PDF Print" file and upload it to WTTB for printing.
Where does WTTB ship to, and how much does delivery cost?
We offer fast and FREE delivery across the UK for standard orders, helping you keep your e-commerce overheads low and your profit margins high. Tracking details are provided for white-label shipments so you can keep your Etsy or website buyers updated on their order status from production to delivery.
