What is white-label shipping and how does it work for my shop?
White label shipping means WTTB can print, pack and send orders directly to your customers in plain packaging. No WTTB logos, marketing materials, invoices or pricing details are included, so the order looks like it has come directly from your own shop, studio or business.
Can I add my own branded inserts or packaging slips to orders?
Because WTTB operates a white label shipping service, custom inserts and packaging slips cannot be manually added to individual orders at our production facilities. If you want to create a more personalised unboxing experience, you can have the order shipped to yourself first, then add your own thank you cards, stickers or packaging slips before sending it to your customer.
