Upload your design file, enter your customer’s delivery address at checkout, and hit submit. Our production facility then handles the printing and ships it straight to their door.
What is white-label shipping and how does it work for my shop?
White-label shipping is a delivery method where we print, pack, and ship products directly to your customers, but your branding remains front and centre. When you place an order on WTTB and enter your customer's shipping address, our production team dispatches the item in plain, unbranded packaging. No WTTB logos, marketing materials, invoices, or pricing details are ever included. To your customers, it looks exactly like the package came directly from your own workshop or studio, allowing you to run a seamless e-commerce business without storing any inventory.
Can I add my own branded inserts or packaging slips to orders?
Because we operate a fully automated, white-label shipping service, we are unable to manually add custom inserts or packaging slips to individual orders at our production facilities. Everything is shipped in completely plain packaging so your customers think it came straight from you.
