What is the cutoff for same-day dispatch?
To qualify for same-day dispatch, place your order and upload print-ready artwork by 12 pm. Large Format products are order before 1 pm. Orders placed after 1 pm and before 6 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
How do I ensure my order qualifies for same-day dispatch?
You must choose the Express option at checkout to guarantee same-day dispatch. If you don’t see the Express option, the cutoff time has passed, and your order will be dispatched the next working day.
If I order on a Friday, will I get it on Saturday?
Same-day and next-day dispatch apply to working days only. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched for delivery starting Monday onwards, based on the option you choose.
What happens if my artwork isn't set up correctly?
If your artwork doesn’t meet our requirements, it will cause delays to your order. To ensure the fastest turnaround, please follow our guidelines when uploading.
Is there a limit on how much I can order with same and next-day turnaround?
Larger quantities may take longer to produce. As you configure your order, the system will update based on availability and let you know if same or next-day dispatch is possible.
