How do I go about placing an order?
If you’re new to our site, we recommend watching our easy-to-follow walkthrough video below. It shows you how to place an order from start to finish. And of course, our customer service team is available if you need any extra support.
How far in advance should I place my print order?
To ensure your orders reach you ahead of Hyper Japan (18th–20th July), we advise ordering as early as possible. We offer free next-day delivery* and an optional timed delivery upgrade for added flexibility, however placing your order earlier helps to guarantee a smooth and timely arrival. The last recommended order date is 11th July, please double-check the delivery estimates shown on each product to confirm they’ll arrive in time.
*Items are delivered on a next working day service after printing and dispatch.
Can you supply printed materials made to fit shell scheme booths?
Yes, we offer printed materials designed to fit Hyper Japan’s shell scheme booths. We recommend checking the exhibition guide for the correct measurements and details. Our panels are printed and cut to half-height for easier transport and assembly. Additionally, we provide velcro strips at an extra cost to help you secure the panels to the shell scheme on the day.
Do you offer delivery or installation services at the exhibition venue?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide delivery or installation services at the exhibition venue due to logistical constraints.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable printing options?
Yes, we offer a variety of eco-friendly printing options, including recycled materials for flyers, business cards, banners, and more. You can also find sustainable choices by selecting the stock options on compatible product pages.
Can you print customised sizes or unusual print materials for my stand?
Yes, many of our products offer a custom size option directly on the product page. If you require something more specialised or unusual, our bespoke printing services team is on hand to help create the perfect solution for your stand.
How do I claim the up to 15% discount plus the extra 5% discount?
