A Year of Print Sorcery: How WTTB Reimagined Print in 2025

In 2025, we decided that "good enough" wasn't good enough. Not for us, and certainly not for the people who rely on WTTB to keep their businesses moving. From a full platform relaunch to new ways to save, design and manage print, it's been a year where every update, feature and improvement was guided by one principle: making print easier, smarter and dare we say... a little magical.

Something we've taken to calling "Print Sorcery", but more on that later.

Spring: A Fresh Start

Spring marked a turning point. Our replatform wasn't just about a new design, it was about speed, clarity and control. Pages load faster, navigation is more intuitive and pricing is more transparent than ever. Real-time quotes for large print runs, cleaner invoicing and streamlined checkouts make it easier for you to plan, order and manage your jobs.

The relaunch also introduced our Rewards scheme, replacing the previous Rockstar loyalty programme. Instead of one-off points, rewards now grow with your activity: earn points with every pound spent, move up tiers automatically and unlock double cashbacks when your speed increases. It is our way of rewarding loyalty while giving you more value for every order.

For those with efficiency in mind, the platform updates weren't just cosmetic. Improved product navigation, enhanced search and refined category layouts mean that whether you're browsing flyers, wiro-bound books or business cards, you can find the right product quickly and configure it faster than ever.

By the end of Spring, the legacy site shut down, closing the chapter on the old platform while giving everyone time to download past orders and invoices. It was a symbolic movement: 2025 was now fully about moving forward.

Summer: Speed, Flexibility and Creative Tools

As the platform settled, we focused on making everyday print faster and more flexible. Express print became available on a growing range of products—from leaflets, banners and signage—allowing you to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Meanwhile, our refreshed image library offered hundreds of high-quality, royalty-free images grouped by sector, such as retail or hospitality, making it easier than ever to showcase products in their fullest context.

Our Versions tool returned in a smarter form, letting you manage multiple variations of a job in a single order; perfect for personalised campaigns or multi-branch projects.

Autumn: Prizes, Favourites and Print Perks

Autumn saw us introducing new ways to make print even more rewarding. Spin to Win offered daily chances to earn free sample packs, discount codes and even hotel stays, simply by placing orders. Meanwhile, our print perks added credits toward premium technical artwork checks, ensuring every file sent to print received expert 42-point care.

This season also reintroduced popular products like calendars and diaries, and notifications became more flexible, allowing users to choose SMS, email, or both for order updates, marketing messages, and account alerts.

Autumn also brought the Canva Hub, our latest experiment to make print more accessible, with practical tools like product templates, free checklists, and video tutorials to help you design with confidence.

Even everyday staples got a refresh. Mugs and diaries saw price reductions, making seasonal campaigns and client gifts more accessible, while other products received durability or sustainability upgrades, like PVC free and heavy-duty roller banners.

Print Sorcery: a philosophy in action

Throughout the year, everything we did was guided by a new mindset. A new way of thinking about print. Until recently, we didn’t have a name for it, but now we do: Print Sorcery.

It is the belief that great print is more than just putting ink on paper. It's about clarity, confidence and support at every stage:

  • A second set of expert eyes on your files before they hit the press
  • Mark-up calculators to protect your margins
  • Templates that make design and exporting effortless
  • Pre-emptive guidance to ensure mistakes never reach the press
  • Finishing touches that elevate every project

Print Sorcery isn’t a single product. It’s woven into every update, feature, and workflow we introduced this year. From rewards that grow with you to faster, more transparent ordering, it’s the promise that every order leaves our doors looking professional and polished.

Looking ahead to 2026

2025 laid the foundations, but 2026 will be about building on them. Expect smarter automation, new reseller tools, expanded rewards experiences, and more ways to make every order faster, easier, and more profitable.

We’ve spent 2025 listening, testing, and iterating. Next year, we’ll continue delivering the tools, guidance, and support you need to turn every order into a success story. Because print isn’t just print. Done properly, it can feel like magic: and 2026 is shaping up to be truly spellbinding.
