Meet Michelle: Confidence from call one
Not every customer who joins WTTB speaks print fluently — and that’s where Michelle steps in.
She’s the voice that welcomes new customers, guiding them through their first steps on the platform. For trade resellers who already know the ropes, she’s there when they need quick clarity or a human point of contact. But for smaller B2B businesses or creative sellers - the Etsy entrepreneurs, the first-time orderers, Michelle is the calm in the chaos, turning uncertainty into confidence one call at a time.
Her background in customer service runs deep, from the NHS to the Ministry of Defence, both places where listening, accuracy, and care make all the difference. It shows. Michelle doesn’t just answer questions; she reads between the lines, understanding what a customer really needs, not just what they’ve asked for.
And it’s not just what she says, it’s how she says it. There’s a warmth in her Northern tone that instantly puts people at ease, a calm steadiness that turns even the most uncertain caller into someone who feels like they’re in safe hands.
Sometimes that means steering someone towards a product they hadn’t considered. Other times, it’s helping them see that print doesn’t have to be complicated, stressful, or overwhelming. The process should feel simple, because the support behind it is solid.
“My goal is always the same,” Michelle says. “I want every customer to leave the call feeling lighter, like they’ve got this. Because they do.”
Some people arrive at WTTB knowing exactly what they need. Others just know what they want to achieve. Michelle’s job is to bridge that gap, translating goals into products, ideas into orders, and hesitation into progress. She brings structure to what can feel like a whirlwind of options, making sure every new customer starts with clarity, not confusion.
For her, it’s not about fixing things after the fact, it’s about setting people up to succeed from day one.
Her work sets the tone for everything that follows, that blend of professionalism, patience, and personality that makes WTTB feel human, even in a digital world.
Because in the end, that’s where Print Sorcery really starts not on the press, not in production, but in the moment someone picks up the phone and hears Michelle’s friendly Northern voice say, “Let’s make this one less thing to worry about.”
