Durable and weatherproof – a dibond sheet is the perfect material for outdoor aluminium signage that is made to last. When durable dibond printing materials are required, aluminium sign printing is the ideal answer. An aluminium sign board is perfect for shops, outdoor displays, property development hoardings and directional signage, grabbing attention from afar with vibrantly printed imagery. Choose from a selection of different dibond sheet sizes and custom-shaped cutting styles. Dibond print aluminium panels and signs are a sure fire way to get the message seen.
Top tip: Protect your dibond sign. Square corners can be sharp and can get bent if the sign is dropped. Eliminate this by selecting '4 round corners' from the 'cutting' dropdown list. These are a 10mm radius and we will add these automatically before your job goes to press so there is no need to alter your artwork.
Dibond sign internal cuts: If you require an internal cut in addition to a contour cut, select 'cut to shape' from the 'cutting' dropdown. Then indicate this on your cutting guide artwork. Please note: We are unable to make internal cuts less than 148mm x 210mm (A5). Please bear this in mind when setting up your cutting guides.
Trade secret: Did you know you can have multiple designs on one sheet of dibond? Select the amount of designs you have from the 'cutting' menu. Supply us with a cutting guide in your file. We'll ensure each design is cut out of your sheet, saving you money and improving your margins.

What is dibond?
Dibond is a display material consisting of a foam core, covered with thin sheets of aluminium on either side.
Are dibond signs waterproof?
Yes, dibond signs are perfect for outdoor use, thanks to its weatherproof capabilities.
Can I print on both sides of the sign?
Absolutely. The dibond construction process makes it the perfect material for double-sided printing.
Can I have a custom shape sign?
Yes. In addition to our standard square cut option, we can also cut custom shapes to fit your artwork. If you choose this option, make sure to include a cutter guide. For more information, see our hints and tips.
How can I hang my dibond sign?
For dibond signage, we recommend using our drill hole finishing option and using wall mount stand off's to achieve the best look. These can be purchased through our bespoke service. This will help streamline the installation process.
How thick is the material?
Our Dibond is 3mm thick.
